Responsible Internet Service Provider (ISP)
"Responsible Internet Service Provider" is a quality mark that can be acquired by such ISP who:
- Cooperates with CERT.LV and informs their respective end users about infections or vulnerabilities on their devices.
- Cooperates with Net-Safe Latvia Safer Internet Center to ensure fastest possible removal of the illegal content from the web.
- Upon user's request provides free filters for the internet content according to the Electronic Communications Law.
How to obtain the quality mark?
Quality mark can be obtained by any ISP who signs memorandum of understanding about creating safer environment and combating of illegal pornographic materials on the internet. Memorandum of understanding (in Latvian) >>>
